Playing is how our children learn about life, their bodies, about the world around them. Its what they do, they cant help themselves in fact it is the universal language of childhood and our children are experts.
It has shown to increase our resilience, improve our problem-solving skills, encourage empathy, hone our gross and fine motor skills, improve our eye-sight, it’s even shown to tackle obesity, 😀 we mean it might be the answer to all the 21st century’s problem… but why make it so complicated with structures and assessments?
